Adelaide Festival of Ideas

It was an honour for Damien and I to be chosen as panellists for the recent Festival of Ideas in Adelaide. The panel topic was ‘Souper Foods,’ alongside fellow panellists Ben Shewry of Attica and Professor Rachel Ankeney, we discussed the Native Food Industry at length (whilst enjoying the most delicious cup of Wattleseed Dhal made by Ben (FYI, the best dahl EVAH).

The conversation was amazing and an opportunity for us all to learn from each other. We discussed everything from creating access and building relationships, creating resilient communities to intellectual property. All big conversations and absolutely topics we are keen to explore more in coming months at other upcoming events.
